Retreat Terms And Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, regardless of the date of payment. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them. By making a booking with Inner You Clinical Services LLC (DBA The Luxe Reset Collective), you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Booking:
A booking is accepted and becomes definite once you make a payment. Even after the initial confirmation, there may be changes to your booking. The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right to increase or decrease trip prices. The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time and without advance notice.
The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right, in the exercise of its discretion and judgment, to reject any guest booking and/or to deny participation by any guest in an event at any time prior to the start date, if we believe that a client poses a risk to the property, risk to self, risk to other guest or external suppliers. If a guest booking is rejected, then that guest will receive a full refund of monies paid minus deposit and processing fees.

Optional Activities
-
Optional activities (other than excursions which are listed on our website as “Included”) are not included in the event’s price, and do not form part of the event or this agreement. You acknowledge that any extra optional activity arranged or provided by a local representative does not render us liable for them.
Payments and Fees:
The full retreat fee is due 60 days before the beginning of any international or domestic overnight retreats. In the event the balance is not paid in the specified timeframe The Luxe Reset Collective will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the guest and to re-sell the retreat booking. There will be no refund provided. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure that the balance for the retreat is paid in full and on time. Guests will receive reminder emails when payments are due if they are on a payment plan.
The Luxe Reset Collective accepts most major credit cards for payments. We offer payment plans for international and domestic overnight retreats. You will be charged a 3% processing fee per payment. All events and retreat prices are quoted and payable in USD. The Luxe Reset Collective is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in another currency.
Complementary Group Airport Transfers:
The Luxe Reset Collective does its best to offers airport transfer services upon arrival and departure days of international and domestic overnight retreats at set times. The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right to change the times offered. For those guests who request additional nights at the venue they must arrange a separate transfer at their own cost. The Luxe Reset Collective will assist in arranging the transfer on guest behalf; however the cost and all liability is accepted by the guest.
For guest whose flights suffer a delay which results in not being able to meet/take the group transfer The Luxe Reset Collective will be happy to assist with organizing an alternative transfer, however the cost of the new transfer will be the responsibility of the guest. If a guest requests a taxi service which is provided by a local taxi service or another provider other than the company contracted by The Luxe Reset Collective, any issues that arise from this uncontracted service is the responsibility of the guest and The Luxe Reset Collective will not be held liable.
Extra Cost/Credit Card Holds:
All spa therapies, additional meals, snacks, tips, souvenirs, shopping, and any other incidentals not listed as included in the retreat price is the responsibility of the guest. Failure of a guest to settle their account in full prior to leaving the venue will result in the guest credit card on file being charged for the appropriate amount.
The resort/venue may require a hold for any incidentals upon check in. You will be required to use your own credit card for the hold. The Luxe Reset Collective will not be held responsible for any holds or incidentals.
Off-Site Excursions:
During the course of the retreat any guest who wishes to participate in any off-site excursions outside of the group excursions does so at their on discretion and own risk. The Luxe Reset Collective will not be held liable for any issues that arise.
COVID 19:
By booking a trip at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you, that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by traveling and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death even if such injuries or losses occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time you book your trip. You acknowledge that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of traveling, that cannot be controlled or eliminated by Inner You Wellness Retreats.
You acknowledge that due to the uncertainty of travel at this time, your trip may be postponed or cancelled, or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which there may be no refund. You may also be required to quarantine upon arrival in some locations. Some locations may require you to have a vaccination or proof of negative testing. Stopover countries requirements will also apply. On your return home, additional testing, requirements, or documentation may be required. You are responsible for understanding these requirements and must not rely on The Luxe Reset Collective to provide these details. You understand that you may become sick before, during, or after the trip and may not be able to travel and such cancellation or interruption will be subject to our cancellation terms below, for which we will not be liable.
Due to uncertainty caused by COVID 19, The Luxe Reset Collective strongly encouraged the purchase of travel protection coverage including cancel for any reason coverage. You agree that should you fail to purchase travel protection coverage, The Luxe Reset Collective shall not be liable to any losses howsoever arising.
You, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin (the Releasors), HEREBY RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS The Luxe Reset Collective, its owners, members, agents, and/or employees, and suppliers (RELEASEES), of from and against any and all claims, damages, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related in any way, in whole or in part to any POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, CHANGES, INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER LOSS you may suffer due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID- 19, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The terms of this HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY paragraph, shall survive any termination or cancellation of this Contract, whether by operation of law or otherwise.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
All The Luxe Reset Collective are non-refundable. If you no show (do not come to an event and/or retreat) you forfeit your participation and you will not receive any reimbursement or refund.
Cancellation/Reschedule by Inner You Wellness Retreats:
The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any retreat for any reason including not meeting the minimum required number of participants. We do our best not to cancel a retreat/event less than 30 days before departure except for Force Majeure, natural disasters, pandemic, travel bans, war, civil unrest or other unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside The Luxe Reset Collective control.
When a retreat is canceled by The Luxe Reset Collective before the agreed date of departure for any reason, you can transfer your retreat payment (less any non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers, processing fees and non-refundable deposit) to a retreat in the future.

Note: If you purchased travel insurance, you could file a claim with your travel insurance provider for reimbursement of the non-refundable portion of your retreat payment. We can provide you with a receipt and notice of cancellation for this insurance claim.
The Luxe Reset Collective is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the guest may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
Where, after departure, a significant element of the trip contracted for cannot be provided, The Luxe Reset Collective will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or the guest reasonably rejects any suitable alternatives, guest will need to put in a claim to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Where a significant alteration or cancellation occurs which is not due to Force Majeure or other circumstances beyond The Luxe Reset Collective control, The Luxe Reset Collective will in some circumstances (at the discretion of The Luxe Reset Collective) offer compensation. Significant alterations do not include the substitution of a transportation method, modification of itineraries, change in hotel accommodation or meal offering.
Private Room Charges For Solo Travelers:
Private-room accommodations are subject to a private-room package price, which guarantees a private room without a roommate (where available). See individual trip pages on our website for pricing details. In order to keep our private-room package prices as low as possible, on occasion private rooms may be smaller than shared occupancy rooms. Private-room accommodations may not be available on all trips. Additionally, we cannot always guarantee private accommodations, even after reservations and confirmations have been made.
Shared Room Charges For Travelers Wishing To Be Paired With A Roommate:
For guests who wish to book into a shared accommodate package, we are happy to pair you with a roommate, if you do not have one already in mind and who has booked. If your roommate is unable to attend the retreat and/or cancels, you will be responsible for the difference in room price. We will make all efforts to pair you with another roommate to keep your price the same, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Airfare:
Airfare is not included unless otherwise stated in retreat description. You are responsible for your airfare and are responsible for any non-refundable expenses you incur in the event we cancel a retreat. The Luxe Reset Collective are able to your book flights, and you are responsible for the cost of the flight ticket. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for all your travel expenses.
Travel and Health Insurance:
The Luxe Reset Collective requires retreat participants to obtain travel and medical insurance with a minimum medical coverage of $100,000. This insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses including, but not limited to, helicopter evacuation, air ambulance and repatriation. It is strongly recommended the coverage be extended to include cancellation, Covid-19, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience that may occur during travel. We advise you to take out a policy as soon as you book your retreat. If you do not wish to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver form and The Luxe Reset Collective will not be held liable.
Force Majeure:
The Luxe Reset Collective assumes no liability for, any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting in whole or in part from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, hurricane, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, epidemics, pandemics, or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel supplier and its facilities, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by The Luxe Reset Collective that impacts negatively on, or hampers, its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the circumstances amounting to force majeure, we will not be required to refund any money to you.
Medical Conditions and Special Requirements:
You must notify us in writing during the process of booking (on your registration form) of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and/or physical condition which may affect fitness to travel and/or any medical condition. This includes any symptoms of Covid-19 or our suspected exposure to the virus that causes Covid-19. Failure to notify us of such a medical condition may result in your being refused travel, in which case the client is bound by the cancellation terms as laid out here.
Some retreats may be unsuitable for you due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy or physical or mental/emotional conditions. It is your responsibility to clear major medical issues with your doctor. We may refuse to carry pregnant women over 24 weeks or clients with certain conditions. The Luxe Reset Collective is not required to provide any special facilities unless it has agreed to do so in writing. We do our best to meet clients’ special requests including dietary restrictions, but such requests do not form part of the booking contract and therefore The Luxe Reset Collective is not liable for not providing these requests. Medical facilities vary from country to country and we make no representations and gives no warranties in relation to the standard of such treatment.
Evacuation Procedures And Costs:
Evacuations costs are to be covered by the person being evacuated. You may file a claim with your travel insurance company to try to recoup any additional costs related to injury or illness treatment or travel.
Required Travel Documents:
Valid Passport: You must have a valid passport required for entry, departure and travel to retreat destinations outside the U.S. (passport must be valid 6 months past the return date), all visas, permits and certificates including vaccination certificates (if required). The guest accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the retreat and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation. Any information or advice given by The Luxe Reset Collective regarding visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment, etc. is purely advisory, provided as a courtesy to the Client and The Luxe Reset Collective is not responsible for any errors or omissions as to the information provided by third parties such as the appropriate governmental authorities.
If other documentation is required by the country, state or county (such as proof of vaccination, health declaration, affidavit, Covid-19 test results, etc.), we do our best to relay that information to you during the trip planning period. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to have all the required documents completed prior to departure.
Age Limit:
The Luxe Reset Collective primarily offers events, retreats and related activities to women aged 21 years and over. There may be times when events, retreats and related activities may be offered to couples, families and minors accompanied by an adult.
Suppliers And Independent Contractors:
Hotels, shuttle services, guiding or other elements of a Inner You Luxury Retreat are provided by local suppliers who may themselves engage the services of local operators and/or sub-contractors. We at all times endeavor to appoint reputable and competent local suppliers, though we cannot guarantee a certain standard of service quality or performance as these contractors are outside our direct control.
Retreat Itinerary Changes:
The Luxe Reset Collective and its partners reserves the right to alter retreat programs and itineraries for any reason including due to weather, road conditions, local circumstances or events, which may include mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations, illness, strikes, political disputes, natural disasters and other unforeseeable factors. This includes changes or cancellation of planned activities and any other aspect of the retreat itinerary to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We accept no responsibility for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights or other services because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, natural disasters, changes in schedules or other similar causes. The Luxe Reset Collective and its partners do not assume responsibility for accidents or deaths that can be traced to the participants’ negligence, acts of third parties or exterior circumstances.
In the event a client elects to not participate in any part of the retreat itinerary (such as a group event, wellness activity, off site excursion, group meal), the client is not entitled to any refund.
Safety And Trip Enjoyment:
We take your safety and well-being very seriously, which is why we partner with accredited tour operators, licensed guiding companies and other trained professionals for all of our domestic and international events and retreats. However, you are ultimately responsible for your safety, which is why we ask all retreat participants to sign a liability waiver before departure. To avoid possibly dangerous situations, it is extremely important that you obey any rules and regulations imposed by the The Luxe Reset Collective Leaders and/or Local Guides and instructions given by them.
The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right to prohibit any guest from continuing on a trip or participating in any activities, with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that guest actions pose a threat to their own safety or that of others, or seriously jeopardizes the enjoyment of the other participants. The decision of the The Luxe Reset Collective Leader or representative will at all times be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the trip. All guests must, at all times, strictly comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited, and The Luxe Reset Collective will not accept responsibility or liability for any guest who contravenes any laws or other regulations of any country visited.
Health And Fitness:
Most of our retreats should not be overly strenuous for people. You are expected to carry your own luggage and supplies unless the resort has agreed to offer such amenities as part of the retreat. If you are affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect your or other people’s enjoyment of the trip, you must advise us of this at the time of booking. If your health or fitness changes between the time of booking and the trip departure date, you must notify us (danielle@daniellewturner.com) of these changes before the trip starts.
Photography:
In the course of participation in a retreat, photos or video will be taken by participants, your retreat leader, The Luxe Reset Collective staff, outside professional photographers and/or guides. These images may be used in any The Luxe Reset Collective materials, website, Facebook, etc. You agree to allow us to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

With respect to any still photos and/or video footage from the event which were shot by you and posted on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media platform, you irrevocably grant us the right to re-post those photos and/or footage on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other such social media platform, on a royalty-free basis, throughout the world and in perpetuity. We will use good faith efforts to credit you as the source of any such photos or footage that we re-post; but our failure to do so will not be a breach of these Terms & Conditions or invalidate the foregoing grant of rights. If you notify us of our failure to credit you, we will remedy that failure as promptly as practicable, in a reasonable manner (which may include the addition of credit, or the take-down of the applicable photo or footage), following receipt of your notice.

Non-Responsibility:
The Luxe Reset Collective and its employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives use third party suppliers to arrange tours, transportation, sightseeing, lodging, and all other services related to these events and retreats. The Luxe Reset Collective is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or representative of any of these suppliers. The Luxe Reset Collective does not own, manage, operate, supervise, or control any transportation, vehicle, airplane, hotel or restaurants, or any other entity that supplies services related to your trip. All suppliers are independent contractors and are not agents or employees or representatives of The Luxe Reset Collective. All tickets, receipts, coupons, and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by each supplier, and by accepting the coupons, vouchers, and tickets, or utilizing the services, all travelers agree that neither The Luxe Reset Collective, nor its employees, agents, or representatives are or may be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any trip traveler or their belongings, or otherwise, in connection with any service supplied or not supplied resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence beyond the control of The Luxe Reset Collective. The Luxe Reset Collective assumes no responsibility or liability for any delay, change in schedule, loss, injury or damage or loss of any traveler that may result from any act or omission on the part of others; The Luxe Reset Collective assumes no responsibility or liability for personal property; and The Luxe Reset Collective shall be relieved of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any strike, labor dispute, act of God, or of government, fire, war, whether declared or not, terrorism, insurrection, riot, theft, pilferage, epidemic, pandemic, illness, physical injury, quarantine, medical or customs or immigration regulation, delay, or cancellation. The Luxe Reset Collective accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items. The Luxe Reset Collective reserves the right to refuse any traveler or potential traveler at its sole discretion.
Assumption of Risk/Waiver:
Traveler is aware that travel such area as traveler is undertaking on the trip may involve inherent risks, some in remote areas of the world. Inherent risks include, but are not limited to, risk of injury or death from: motor vehicles collisions, animals, roadway hazards, slips, and falls, criminal or terrorist acts, government actions, consumption of alcoholic beverages, tainted food, or non-potable water; exposure to the elements, including heat, cold, sun, water, and wind; your own negligence and/or the negligence of others, including tour guides, other travelers, The Luxe Reset Collective and its employees, agents and/or representatives; attack by or encounter with insects, reptiles, and/or animals; accidents or illness occurring in remote places where there are no available medical services; fatigue, chill, overheating, and/or dizziness,; known or unknown medical conditions, physical excursion for which you are not prepared or other such accidents; the negligence or lack of adequate training of any third-party providers who seek to assist with medical or other help either before or after injuries have occurred; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided.
Traveler understands the description of these risks is not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of these retreats, traveler is willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of travel, including the risk of infection, illness, and death. Traveler hereby accepts and assumes full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of The Luxe Reset Collective and agrees to and shall hold harmless and fully release The Luxe Reset Collective, and its employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives (together The Luxe Reset Collective) from any and all claims associated with the trip, including any claims of third party negligence and/or the negligence of The Luxe Reset Collective and traveler hereby covenant not to sue The Luxe Reset Collective for any such claims or join any lawsuit or action that is suing The Luxe Reset Collective. This agreement also binds your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. The terms of this HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY paragraph, shall survive any termination or cancellation of this Contract, whether by operation of law or otherwise.
Neither The Luxe Reset Collective nor any of its leaders. employees or agents will be held liable for any loss or damage to any personal property.
Indemnification:
Each traveler is expected to act responsibly and adhere to all behavior guidelines established by The Luxe Reset Collective and our local suppliers. Our local suppliers reserve the right to remove you from any trip if you endanger yourself or others or disrupt others. In any such case, there will be no refund.
Traveler agrees to and shall indemnify and hold harmless The Luxe Reset Collective, and its employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives (collectively “Inner You”), from any expenses, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements and costs (collectively, “damages”) involved with or incurred by The Luxe Reset Collective (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and the advancement of same) with respect to any claims, law suits, arbitrations, or other causes of action, which result, directly or indirectly, from: (i) traveler’s breach or violation, or threatened breach or violation, of this Agreement and (ii) Any damage caused by traveler while participating in the trip.
Claims And Complaints:

If you have a complaint, please first inform the Retreat Leader or guide at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified. If satisfaction is still not reached on retreat then any further complaint must be put in writing to us within 15 days of the end of the trip.
Website, Brochures and Advertising:

The information provided on our website, brochures and advertising materials is of the best of our knowledge and we believe it is correct at the time of publishing. Occasionally errors may occur and information may change so you must therefore check all the details at the time of booking.
Changes To These Terms and Conditions:

We may need to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes can only be made by us and not any third-party member. We reserve the right to amend or improve these terms and conditions without prior notification. When it is necessary for changes to be made all reservations will abide by the amended terms.
Privacy Policy:
The Luxe Reset Collective is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of an event or to send you marketing material in relation to our events creation and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our partners, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the event. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them. On occasion, it may be mandatory for us to disclose information for security and terrorism purposes and any other purpose imposed upon us by governments or other regulatory authorities.
We will collect the name and telephone number of an emergency contact for you prior to any retreat. We will use this information and contact this person only for emergency reasons. We may disclose this person’s name and telephone number to third parties such as medical professionals if needed in an emergency. By giving us this information, you consent to this disclosure. We will collect your contact details during the booking process.

By giving us your contact details, you agree that from time to time, we may contact you with information about special offers or future retreat packages. If you do not wish to receive such information, please notify us.
We will use your mobile number for a potential Whatsapp group that we might create to communicate with everyone in the group. You agree to have your mobile number shared with other participants of group as well as with the retreat organizer. We will not share your contact information with any third-party agencies for marketing solicitation purposes.

Arbitration:

You agree that any dispute relating to your booking, the Terms & Conditions, the Agreement or any other issues relating to any event or retreat shall be referred to confidential and binding arbitration in the State of Connecticut, by arbitrator(s) and pursuant to rules of arbitration subject to the mutual agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on the arbitrator(s) and/or the rules of arbitration, arbitration may be compelled by petition to any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Connecticut. Any arbitration award shall be rendered in writing and may be entered and shall be fully enforceable as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties expressly waive their right to trial, including trial by jury. Each party shall bear its own lawyer’s fees and costs.

Jurisdiction:
​
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of American and The State of Connecticut and the courts of Connecticut shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising between you and us or our suppliers.
